Canadian Sellers in Limbo with Glitch with micro payments NOT arriving and no help from MP

I posted on the Canadian Community Board but no eBay employees have chimed in.
Many Cdn sellers are stuck in an endless loop of entering and re-entering their banking info and they just keep getting the pink banner to update banking info. Getting the call back from MP customer service from the help page, the CSR either doesn't understand the Cdn process or just say to re-enter the info.
Some sellers have $$ in limbo for weeks, or they now have the warning their listings will be taken down and they won't be able to list.
Their bank says everything is fine, they've checked that their registered name matches their bank acct name, yes, it is a checking acct, no there have been no micro-deposits to verify, yes they have entered and re-entered the info. They need next steps!!
