COLORADO BUYERS - eBay fraudulently collecting sales tax for shipping costs since 11/01/2019.

If shipping is stated separately on the invoice it is not taxable.

eBay was notified of this in 2019 and has not changed its calculation process for the state of Colorado.  It is time that eBay is held accountable for this error.  Suggestions, write the corporate office, legal and tax departments.  Write to California Attorney General.  Write to the Colorado Department of Revenue.  Write to the Federal Trade Commission.  Demand a refund from eBay on every item purchased from November 1, 2019 where shipping charges were stated.  

eBay's tacit refusal to make the appropriate correction and applicable refunds are long overdue.
