How do I re-instate the buyer's order which had been cancelled?

Buyer was a high bidder in seller's (me) auction.

Delayed payment caused their order to be cancelled.

Now, the buyer wants their order re-instated = they want to pay,

and then the buyer is eager for the shipping to their address.

How do I re-instate their order?

You will have to relist it.   List as an auction so you can cancel any other bidders bids.  Once your buyer has bid, you can end the auction with them as the high bidder.

If buyer didn't pay, why didn't you provide a second chance to runner up? That's what I would have done. If winner wants to pay now, relist at the final auction price, check mark instant/immediate payment, provide him the link, item # and wait for him to pay.
