You will need a bank account for your account to attach to your ebay account. Make sure all info is updated & matches. You will have to retain a business license as well. Then you will have to be approved by Payoneer and then by eBay. That can take up to 30 days. Make sure during that time, that you read up on rules and policies here on eBay. What you can & cannot sell. Most importantly...DON'T dropship! Many sellers from you area are being suspended for improper drop shipping. Don't be one of them.
