Accepted offers

I have another item in my cart and I want to accept an offer on another item.  My question is do both of those items go in my cart so I can buy both at the same time or is

it two different transactions to buy them?

Then it would be separate transactions.

If it is the same seller, it depends on whether they have Immediate Payment set for Offers. If they do it would be 2 separate transactions.

If from 2 different sellers it would always be 2 separate transactions.
