Oh.....Why do some folks not clean their items before listing?

Ugh....I just got sick to my stomach looking at some brooches coated in dust and dirt and some with hair.I cannot believe they do not see this when looking at their pics.I don't expect items to look perfect but it's so easy to clean that stuff on top...
