Here's a grid designating the cut-offs between generations. I have one Generation X and 2 Millennial kids 😆. Proud to be a boomer from my nose down to my bloomers! LOL!

I know where I fall, but it’s still fun to discuss and see where my friends here fall. I’m Gen X. The latch key kids. Fiercely independent, responsible, dependable, adaptable and creative.
I don’t have any children, but have helped many with theirs. At work they call me Auntie Dana. 😊

According to this, I'm just inside millenial/gen Y. I feel more like I fit with the gen Xer's though, and my son is a zoomer.

Baby Boomers with Millennial kids and Gen Alpha Grand-kids and Silent Generation parents ... that covers 4 of the 8 listed ...

And they'll all be here for Christmas.

Smack dab in the middle of the boomers. Ironic story - back in the early 90's it was a required training topic at the hospital I worked at to take the course on all the health issues that come up for the older generation, and how important it is to provide compassionate care for older people. At the time I remember thinking.... hhmmm I'm not getting any younger. Now I'm here AAACCCCccckkkk. (I wonder if young people still take a course like that.)

Silent here (but nobody has ever used that word to describe me, definitely not "quiet"!). What I'm wondering about the chart is what the length of the colored bars signifies (end of ... ???)
