Need advice/input on this sterling silver Trifari ring. TIA!!

This ring is signed Crown Trifari and sterling. It does test positive for sterling. As you can see in the picture the marks are sloppy (double stamped?). I only found one similar ring and it had a similar setting but different stone. I guess my question is do you think this is truly a Crown Trifari ring? I may have a couple more questions but first would like to know what you all think. Thank you to all for sharing your time and knowledge!!

Is there a broken prong on the ring?  It's a pretty ring.  I don't know why Trifari wouldn't make a cocktail ring?

Not necessarily for something that old. And being sterling, a jeweler could repair it.
