Help With New Texture

I got this great necklace on my trip it is an owl made with leather and rhinestones.

It has a very unique texture on the back and I'm wondering if anyone recognizes it?

Interesting..are the designs 'cut-outs' or solid?  It kinda looks like it is a 3-D design.

Sorry was out washing the camper. 

They are cut outs.  The back is almost as cute and pretty as the front.
