HELP! Need help identifying this modernist broach / pin.

can anyone identiy this mark/maker? It seems to be made of onyn, brass, silver and lapis. The back is all silver. I'm flumoxed! Thank you.

Looks like a partial Mexico Mark

Yes OCN, I agree, kinda looks like the "A" in the maya mark seen here:

It is Mexican, the technique is called Pieda Negra.  The black is usually a composite of some sort and the blue isn't likely a solid stone either.  It's not the type of thing I usually see from Maya, maybe searching the term will help you find a sig.
