Help with 12 strand glass necklace

When I hold these beads to my cheek they stay cold but they don't really clink on my teeth. Does anybody recognize these little cut beads. Maybe from Czechoslovakia? Thanks for looking.

Does clasp on this sterling bracelet date it to early 1900's?
