In my opinion, Crochet.  You could aways list it as CROCHET/KNIT??  This way, you are not commited to saying which.  If there is a label, get in touch with the company. It could help.  Good luck.

It's crochet, BUTTT...

I would include the word "knit" in there someplace, just because somebody looking for this style of sweater might not think to search for "crochet".  To most non-knitters/non-crocheters, all such sweaters are "knit".
