I sold a hat and the buyer says it is damaged. they sent me one photo of the damage. I was asking for advice on a different board. Can I post the photo that the buyer sent to me on the message board? Thanks

 Yes, that's my listing. I haven't heard back yet but I'll post any pictures he sends me.

 I will be adding this buyer to my BBL.   Hope others will do the same. 

Most often,  'spreading the word'   is the only recourse since ebay does nothing to protect it's responsible/honest sellers.
