I found this while on a treasure hunt today. It is see-through so I'm assuming it goes over some other type of garment. It is heavily embellished . . emphasis on heavy. I weighed it . . 1 pound!! There are no tags and it does appear handmade. I was going to list it as a child's costume (as in Aladdin) but thought it may be more of a cultural garb seeing that it has 1 lb of rhinestones.
