Hello,
I am wondering if anyone knows anything about either or these designers? Mouse Ji was/is a successful Chinese designer doing interesting architectural designs. He was the toast of Europe and was the first Chinese designer to have have a collection at the Gallerie Lafayette. From what I can find he had stores all over Asia. But I cannot find a link to any stores and he seems to drop off of google after 2012. I found an address to an office in New York but the website is no longer up. If any of you have any info, I'd appreciate it.
I am also interested in locating any info regarding a designer who was known as Rita Mildred of Indonesia. She is featured in a couple of articles in the late 80's as one of New York's up and coming talented young designers along with Pamela Edwards, Moschino and Todd Oldham. She appears to have had a boutique for a few years, then moved on to design for other designers. She is still a fashion consultant in NYC. I found one of her beautiful jackets made of Indonesia batik fabriks but haven't been able to find any other examples of her work and am curious if anyone else has any knowledge of her as a designer or her work.
Many thanks for any assistance.

That's a tough one. MOUSE JI does appear to still be in business; couple of address to be found on the internet, both in Queens.

Here's information on the RITA MILDRED trademark. Cancelled in 1998. Suspect corporation address was her apartment as residential area, not commercial.

Ah, she was sold in New Signatures at MACY's. Shopped there all the time; great department for new designers. (Don't remember her though.)
