??? Because bad IMEI devices are stolen? Duh. Deactivated due to the company's not allowing them to be on the service for non-payment. Which is dishonest. Duh

Right unpaid Bill. Technically stolen. Pay your bills so you can own the devices. Bad IMEI mean stolen. What can't you get through everyone's thick skulls.

This whole discussion is rediculous because if you buy a phone on ebay you have two recourses, ebay negative feedback and Paypal protection. The buyer will never lose any money on ebay. Ebay guarantees you get the item you expect or get your money back. Why is everyone so cluless?

You are selling a phone you don't own, the phone company does. Don't make your debt someone else's problem by ripping them off. Do your research

Yes and it is wasting our time looking at this stolen junk .eBay should make sellers of cell phones and all other sim use devices to be listed as blacklisted or icoud locked if they are so they are in that category so people that want to buy an honest cell phone do,nt have to ask these kind of questions in order not to get ripped off hundreds of dollars. Shame on you eBay you know it going on.It,s all about the money .
