Sometime in April, l got an e-mail from Ebay Customer service that a refund to the value of $400.53 being the total amount l spent in the purchase of a Saxophone was made to me via my original ebsy gift cards.
However, when l tried to make a fresh purchase with the same card numbers in which Ebay purportedly returned my money, the card numbers were regarded as invalid. Now, my problem is how do l retrieve my money on the cards so that l can use same to make fresh purchases from Ebay.
