I was charge 11 times at  1.0835 dollar which makes it a total of 11.918 dollar on pos purchase pp eBay for an item that didn't eventually did go through I wanna  How to get back my money. EBay I want my  money back cause this isn't fair at all

If I understand correctly you want to dispute charges imposed on your paypal account. Down below paypal transaction is link to do so. And yes, you have to do this 11 times. For every transaction separately.
