Modern Barbie Identifcation

I purchased two of these dolls at a thrift store, but I have no idea what Mattel called them. I dressed one in a Mattel fashion and added a pearl necklace and a pearl in center of flower on dress, and the other one is ready to be dressed. Please help me identify them.

I believe I have found out the identity of this doll. I have identified her as 1999 Riviera Barbie. She is sold only in Canada and Europe, but it is possible that someone bought her in Canada, and she ended up in a thrift store where I live. I did find her being sold on eBay new in box in a pink dress.
