Help with 7" Gypsy Vendor doll

I just love this 7" doll.  Her costume is lovely and the trinkets and items she is selling are just fun.  Her head and bust seem to be porcelain as is the small base she stands on.  Her arms and legs seem to be tightly  wrapped in some kind of fabric.  Not a mark anywhere.    Anybody know where she might have started life?  Is she a hobbyist piece?  Thanks for looking.

have seen this type of doll made both by French and Italian in souvenir shops or second hand stores in Europe, I have a couple of the old ones with wooden heads

no problem, this one is well made, they will be different types of status/area dolls the one i have intact is a French providential/country lady and have a really messed up can can dancer, got both fro the Paris swapmeet
