He's Napoleon Solo (Robert Vaughn's character) from The Man from U.N.C.L.E., made by AC Gilbert, circa 1965.
The long coat/robe doesn't belong to him.
I remeber your ID from doll board days .It took me forever to figure out where it went. Not doing too much with dolls these days. This is a friends. Thank you so much
