Halloween is full swing in our yard already.   I have not been feeling great since I had COVID in August.   Keith has been doing all of the work, at least he's retired now.   He started setting up in August.    Over the pneumonia and sinus infection last month but still have LOTS of cramping and spasms in my hips and no clue what that's about.    I try to get out and walk a bit but just walking around stores is causing the spasms.  My trusty tens unit and heat pads just are not helping.     I am supposed to help him put up LOTS of webbing which is a two person job.  I really WANT to do it so I will have to convince it to do it short 10 to 15 min sessions.    ... Here's my 6 year old Reggie spreading some Christmas cheer!        Glad to hear that @whotoldya is home from the hospital!   That's great news.     I am doing ok..  Just working on figuring out what diet and supplement changes I need to make to improve my osteoporosis.   I don't want to go on the meds due to the risks, especially taking them long term.  I'm 60 and my numbers are just barely into the osteoporosis range so not that bad.       One of the things I learned from a Osteoporosis FB group was I need more protein so working on that as well as the usual suspects.       Jenny  ... This is me at the end of night one of our haunt, we are open the 30 and 31st...     I managed to get some pretty severe blisters on my right foot from the haunt then woke up yesterday morning and stepped down and put all my weight on left foot which then stress fractured along the outside edge of the arch.   I do not have a good foot to stand on now!       I have a walking boot and a knee scooter until the Dr's decide if I need more treatment for the stress fracture.     We did raise $5370. 00 for our local food bank!      Hope you are all doing okay.   Jenny  ...
