Carnival Glass vase I have not seen one like it before Help No markings I have looked all over for one like it.

So now I come to you for help. It is not perfect has some damage on the feet sorry to say.

what is the color inside the top portion? couldn't find the form or base after looking through a few carnival books. would say right now,the search words for the form : "shell", "'nautilus" or "horn of plenty" and it is art glass done in the style of carnival glass, with an applied base. will look through some old art glass books later. 🙂 would also suggest you write to a carnival glass club, if no one here can help define this better for you.

Nice piece.  My Question is.. When you pick up the vase does it seem heavy or somewhat light when compared to it's size?

I think I used art glass nautilus vase, in google images.

The vase is not light but it is not heavy either so I guess it is art glass and not Carnival.
