I've been defrauded by the ebay seller. Be careful, he's very cleaver. He sent me a defective camera, then kept promissing to resend a new one, all the time begging me to give him 5-starts, "I am very honest seller..... After months of further lies, he then promissed a refund, over and over. Then radio silenece. I filed a formal complaint with ebay and they read the long email chain. They agreed he has defrauded me and are sending him a "notice", but they won't do anything for me. WATCH OUT for this thief, he knows how to play the system and run the clock out with his lies so that you can't recover the loss due to the delays.
