Don't get too excited about those prices, I have/had one for years equal to those I was offering for $50 with no takers, and it has old red paint. When I bought mine it was called a marble race. Good luck.

We called them that.  Many people still call them "marble races," rather than "marble runs," as another quick Google image search shows:
