Need help identifying this Art Deco Statuette

She measures 18" Long, 12" Tall, 8"Deep

I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't a hobbyist mold piece.  art deco style but certainly much more recent than art deco period.

Thank you so much!  She looks a little crinkled in the ceramic so I though she may be old.  I appreciate your help!

My first thought, also, is that this is a hobbyist piece.  It's the sort of greenware piece you'd expect for that, with those rough mold lines along the legs, and with the poorly-modelled hands and feet.  And no one experienced with a brush did the decoration.
