Please help translate Polish painting with Protective Agency Conservatory markings

I have a triology of angel paintings with this Polish writing on the back. A Polish translator was little help. Does anyone know what it means? Also I need help identifying the Artist. The paintings have a lumpy textured finish.

Is there a name for that? Thank you for any information you have.

OK, I missed the angel-like wing, so maybe the artist was angel-inspired. The important thing is, it's not religious art. I was thinking originally it might be a copy of a church artwork, but we can rule that out now (which helps). I've had no luck so far with the artist's name.

What we need here is (a) someone who can read the artist's signature and (b) someone who knows something about buying and selling Polish artworks.

The stamp may mean you have something special.  It may mean that the paintings are certified to be neither old nor valuable.  We just don't know.

This explains some of the complexity, which I assume came about as a result of the wholesale looting of Polish art by the Nazis and the many the high-profile cases since involving that Nazi plunder:

I know none of that is helpful.  Just sort of thinking  out loud.  Maybe it will give someone else an idea for a line of inquiry.

Yes, that would help! 😀 I am baffled by the signature. It looks easy to read but I'm bringing up zero hits.

Why does the signature look like it's written backwards to me?  I am used to seeing the combination "sz" but not "zs" but I don't read Polish.

I was wondering if it might be some sort of abbreviation: "Iwajla" (or whatever) as the name, followed by SZ? But it led me nowhere.

Maybe you can get direct help from a Polish organization. You could start by scanning these lists for contact ideas:

and

Re: Please help translate Polish painting with Protective Agency Conservatory markings

I think I'm starting to understand the purpose of the stamp on the back. Basically, the law requires each region to keep a register of movable as well as immovable cultural heritage. Owners of artworks can ask for their pieces to be registered, and the conservator makes a decision on whether it qualifies for registration or not:

But it isn't "sz" it's "zs" which is what I find baffling.  Is there such a combination in Polish?

Sorry, yes, I mistyped the letters in that reply. I couldn't find anything, anyway.
