Please help ID Hotel logo on Shenango Cup

Hello everyone. I recently purchased this demitasse cup that was made by Shenango China. I am having trouble identifying the logo. I'm lead to believe it is from a hotel due to the laurel wreath. It has a double wishbone C on the interior of the wreath. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I would think -- with two "C"s -- it's a club logo.

I saw something called Chesapeake Club, but it was opposing direction C's

I was wondering if it could be from the Chicago Club or Cincinnati Club, but could not find anything about their logos
