What is this for? It has a Wm. Rogers MFG. Co. mark on it.

Not sterling...I think it's a lobster pick.

crowleys -  Thanks so much. I did google a silver plated lobster pick and it was hard to find, but I found a few  that looked similar, so I will accept as solution. Thanks again!
