Identify a Ucagco item

Browsed hundreds of images and came to a dead end.  4" long, 2" diameter round part. Guessing a display for either a tea or sake set? There's a small valley in the front of the flat part that could be a plate rest. Any help is appreciated in advance.

I haven't found any examples of Ucagco with that Greek Key pattern.  Have you?  If not, maybe someone with expertise in this area (I have none) will know better, but I wonder if the label is from another item.  It seems off center.

Display stand for cup and saucer collectible.  They're still sold, but acrylic.  No, I doubt if you will find a match.
