What type of Pottery is this?

Hello- I recently bought this beautiful piece.  I don't recognize the stamp on the bottom.  It was advertised as "Limoges."  I'm hoping someone will recognize the mark!  Thank you!

the mark on the bottom is not a makers mark but a decorators mark.  likely a hobbyist.  the mark is covering up the maker of the undecorated ceramic,  it is unlikely to be from Limoges area as it doesn't look like the porcelains made by those factories.

Yes, it appears to be an artists mark that is hiding the manufacturers mark underneath. The design elements are in the Arts & Crafts Period style. The small ladle is shaped like a mayonnaise ladle.
