Help identify silverware pattern

Can anyone help identify this pattern?  The ONLY identifying mark is the "hallmark" on the top of the bowl of the spoon and on top of the fork.

It looks like a winged dragon to me with a column next to it.  I believe they are stainless steel but since there is no writing on them, I am at a complete loss!

Thanks in advance!

Re: Help identify silverware pattern

All I can say is that they are likely of French manufacture because of the location of the little square marks.  Might be silverplated, but without a second square containing a number for the amount of silver used in the plating I wouldn't guarantee it.

Re: Help identify silverware pattern

Thank you for the tip.  I am pretty sure they are Stainless Steel and probably not very old.  Just trying to find the manufacturer and pattern name.
