Glass Vase Art Deco? Foster Maker? Trying to ID, Thanks!

I'm trying to identify the maker of the following vase. It stands about 8" inches tall and is clear. For some reason, the name "Foster" is coming up for me, but I don't think this ia a maker of glass. Thanks for any feedback and hope you have a great weekend coming up!
