Flatware: sell as collection or separately?

Hello all,

IMG_2098.JPGI recently inherited a box filled with gold colored stainless steel flatware. The set includes pieces from 4 different brands. There are a total of 92 pieces! Should I sell the entire collection in one listing (they all came in a nice wooden box), or would it be better for a buyer if I list each set separately?

Look up the pattern name and maker's name, and then look them up here on Completed Listings.

See how well they've done here.

Sometimes people buy an entire full set like yours, as long as they're no pieces missing you may keep them together in one listing.

Or.. many times you'll find that you'll make more money listing them as pairs:  2 knives or 2 fork, etc.

because a lot of people are looking for replacements for the knife or two which they've lost over time.

Best of luck,

Lynn
