I did a lens search and see them as low as 50$ and as high as 650$, I personally would probably auction starting at 20$ and see if they fly, description them to death..

I'd be careful listing these to be worn. There are always complaints on the Buyers board with these old shoes. Seems the first time they are worn, the soles crumble off.

Had no idea that Goodyear Tire & Rubber would have manufactured Army boots, even in 1942.  Or does the Goodyear logo refer just to the soles?

Yes, the Goodyear Wingfoot logo refers to the soles and heels. Rubber soles and heels production started in 1905.

If only the soles and heels are made by Goodyear, why does the OP refer to them as "Goodyear 1942 Army boots" I wonder.

There used to be a manufacturer in this area, long gone, called Bearfoot Sole.  Can I refer to the work boots I have as Bearfoot Sole boots, since the heels and soles are from that company?
