Anyone familiar with Coats of Arms? Identification help

Trying to identify this coat of arms.. Any help is appreciated..

It may well be decorative and meant to represent France.   The crown, the colors (red, white and blue,) and the fleur de lis.  Anything on the back?

I was thinking the same thing.. an no,  there is nothing on the back.. it's older though.. lapel pin is suspect.. it's small.. under an inch.   but here's the back if it helps to date/identify it even
