Antique porcelain Easter egg 5" tall 3.5" wide

Can anybody help me out with this porcelain egg? I actually spoke with Dr. Lori Verdame about it and the most she could give me was that it is not a cheap imitation and dates from the early 1900's. There are no makers marks that i could find. Looking for any helpful information like country of origin or maker? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your consideration.

Steve

Sounds like OP would be well-advised to remove the word "antique" from the title and description.  Assuming the purpose of posting here was not just advertising but a sincere interest in opinions.

Or send pics into an authentic auction house where it will get a quick boot!

Now that's some pretty hard-boiled advice.

This was made in recent years. It could predate the year 2000 but it is a very obvious Export Trade item. The decorated Egg is, as far as I know, a Christian emblem, Fabergé's jewellery eggs being the best-known (they were exchanged as gifts among the Russian Imperial family at Easter).
