This item is interesting because it is on a River (Heron never heard of it) and is a wartime issue, and a shield style City Coat of Arms.
The coin/token: 20.3mm dia - round- Zink- Grades VF+.
Obverse: Nice COA on shield. Legend: OBERAMTSBALINGENSTADT.
Note: Oberamts in English = Superior Office.
Reverse: Large 10 ctr: Legend- Kriegsgeld 1918.
Note: Kriegsgeld = war money.
Mint: Jorgum & Trefz - Frankfurt am Main.
Mintage: 1918= 40,443.
Numista Rarity Index = 75.
863 AD - 1st mention, owned by Hagerloch family.
1162 - Acquired by County of Hohenberg.
13th Century- Received title of City.
1403- sold to County of Wurttemberg.
1870- Became part of the 'new' German Reich.

**Well, first item reported for the year 2022. Heron did NOT believe
he would 'make it' to year 2022. However, more time for this wonderful
hobby of coin, token, medallion, and paper money collecting. Especially
