Israel Proof coin

I have a 1962 Israel coin "Chanukah"  1 Lira.  I believe I purchased it as a Proof years ago.  How can I tell if it is a Proof or just un-circulated?  It came in a black plastic holder and it slides into a clear plastic case.

sometimes it can be difficult to tell... can you post pics of both sides?

nice pics, wish everybody had pics that clear... and nice coin, but not a proof...

the holder is cool, never seen one like it before...
