I'm pretty sure you can see on one of them where the mint mark has been ground off to make an 1895 O or S look look like a 95 P, the other one looks pretty good so it's real or a really good fake but either way why would you start off a $28,000+ coin under a thousand dollars? Neither looks like they are a coin dealer. I reported the one that looks altered to eBay but the listing is still theren and has a couple days to go. Seems kind of like a counterfiet coin to me.
