1897 straits settlement 50 cents

I can only find the 97-H, not the plain.  Anyone know if it is rare?  Hate to list for $25 if it's worth $125.  Seems unlikely but I do not know anything about this coin.  Is value similar to the 97-H?  thx!

got it figured out thanks to NGC world coin values...looks like this is a pretty good year...will see how it fares
