Just to confirm, were you aware that the delivery date in ebay is an estimated delivery date & not an actual delivery date? Were there any tracking scans showing any unusual delays such as weather? How many handling days did the seller have in the listing? Its possible that ebay provided a best case scenario delivery date & didn't account for the full handling time period. Have you reached out to the seller?
Also, ebay doesn't actually ship any of the items....everything is shippe by the individual seller. Contacting ebay customer service about delivery times will get you nowhere.
