Good afternoon:
It is very difficult to contact you.

I need my money back for a purchase made in May from a seller that DOES NOT EXIST on ebay today

Please give me my money back, because you can never pay me back for the time I lost trusting your site.

This isn't eBay customer service, it's a member-to-member forum. But if the purchase was made in May it's most likely past the deadline to open a Money Back Guarantee case. You only had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to do so. If the deadline has passed you have 180 days from the payment date to open a case with Paypal or you can dispute the charge with your credit card. 

 

For future reference you should acquaint yourself with eBay's Money Back Guarantee. The process is completely automated.
