Wrong item received from seller...

Where is the section or box to check off regarding the WRONG item received?? 

Is there one??  There used to be.

Or instead do we now have to contact seller??

Go to purchase history, select item in question, return, select for more options, check item does not match picture or description.

I clicked on return for an item in my purchase history.

This is what I was just presented with.

I had to click on "show more" to see all choices.

I did not want to return, so I did not continue to the final click to  "confirm"

I followed those steps you indicated. Next question... is it possible for the seller to send a return box or envelope WITH the return label?? 

Because I don't have a printer or a return box and cannot walk 10 miles to the post office or a library to do any of this.  No vehicle at the moment.

Which is what ebay expects me to have to do that is completely ridiculous.  That's not happening.

It is not completely ridiculous. If you want a refund you have to return what you received for a refund. 

Ask the seller if they would print out the return label and mail it to you. Use the same box or envelope the item was delivered to you in.

That seems rather narrow minded. Of course eBay should allow him to have his refund without following the steps in the MBG that everyone else on the platform has to follow. 

Why... just look at some of his past posts here. It's obvious that eBay has been persecuting this poor buyer for some time and they should definitely give him a break!

IT WAS NOT SENT IN A BOX.  IT WAS AN MANILLA ENVELOPE THAT CANNOT BE REUSED BECAUSE IT WAS CUT OPEN.

No, the seller won't send a box or envelope.

The return label, you'll download it from Ebay.
