Why can I not add an offer I accepted to my cart?

I have 3 other items I want to get the 15% off of in my cart

I accepted a counter offer from seller on an item but I cannot get it to my cart please help

I know you cannot add Auction listings to the Cart and I may be wrong but if you accepted an offer those items may not be able to work with the cart either. 

  Hopefully, you realize that in order to get the current one day only 15% off, you first have to download the newest version of the app for apple or android.
