It has been posted about previously that the return labels that eBay provides do not always show up.
I just had this issue. It was supposed to send me the label to my email. Wasn't in the message at all. All I could get was the text of the tracking number -no label image.
I then log on to PC to find it still didn't show it on the return page where it is supposed to load. That was the link I followed from the box link that was in the eBay messages inbox for the return.
There was a "reprint label" hyperlink text on that page though, which upon clicking that "reprint label" text the page finally loaded an Adobe PDF element box on the page of the generated label that I could work with.
Consider this a PSA and solution to the issue if anyone else is still stumped. The return program is either not generating the images fast enough prior the messages are sent out or there is something wrong with connectivity to the files that generate.
