"my order has been detained since July 7 destination dc arrival."????
Do you mean your item is stuck in Washington DC? What shipping service now has your item? Maybe if you post a screen shot of the tracking page we can help.

Where is the item being shipped from?

Speed Pak means the item is shipping from China.

What are the estimated delivery dates? Was your order shipped from overseas? (China)

That's what I thought.

This is an example how long it'll be at the DC.
How long was it In Transit in China? And how long in US?
They have the virus too, but don't feel as entitled as we do not to work. It's not a China problem.

That's the problem with Speedpak, the hand off between them and USPS usually adds days to the shipping time. As a buyer, if my seller uses Speedpak for "economy shipping" , he gets a couple of stars deducted.
All you can do is wait until the latest delivery date has passed and open an INR case.

The problem is that, it is sitting in a sorting bin, it may take weeks for it to move, the problem is that USPS does not prioritize shipments from China, it actually cost them money to accept mail from China, its why the USA is thinking of pulling out of the Mail agreement (well Trump is), expect another month delay, also recently USPS is almost broke and now they had 8 hours days, and no more overtime allowed so longer wait times on mail.

Maybe the chinese don't feel entitled not to work, because there are no worker protections or unions and refusal to work could be seen as counterproductive to society, which could lead to being sent to a re-education camp.
