I ordered a pair of Harley Davidson boots awhile back and they're supposed to be delivered in 3 days but I noticed earlier today they still haven't shipped and USPS was still waiting for the package so I messaged the seller and just asked nicely if they're going to get them out and here in 3 days and I just checked back on my eBay app and now there is no Purchase or anything that shows the picture of the boots and that I bought them so please what can I do or get my money back? Ty

If it IS pictured, proceed with the instructions on that page.

If the item is NOT pictured in the Ebay link, you may have to file the Item Not Received dispute through Paypal:

Or contact your credit card company/bank to do a charge back.

How do you know that they haven't been shipped?

If they haven't arrived by the final day of the estimated delivery period, you can file an INR dispute the following day.

Not all sellers provide on line tracking so there is not always proof of  being shipped or when items are shipped out.

If you have 3 days left no reason for concern yet but follow previous replies to see refund if your item fails to show up
