Got an Item I never bought.

I received an item today. I never ordered. The last thing I ordered was in December. Where can you search for the buyers user name?

Was the item addressed to you or someone else?
Is there a return address on the package?

It is a low value item?   If so, I suspect it's part of the fake tracking number scam.  That is where a scammer sends a cheap item to another address with the same zip code as the buyer.  eBay only checks zip codes to decide the item was delivered.   A thief sells an expensive item and sends junk to another address.

You can't. Even if they included a packing slip, which is highly doubtful, it's not even printed on the packing slip.

As stated, most likely a scam of someone in your same zip code.
