Fed-EX said my ebay purchase was delivered but it was not?

Who can I contact if my ebay order was not delivered but I received an email saying it was delivered? The address on the delivery email is correct.

You need to contact FedEx and find out where it was delivered.

If it was delivered wrong, they can try to get the package back.

How do I contact EBAY? I tried but cannot find any way to reach them...

You need to contact Fed-Ex.  They will know EXACTLY where it was delivered.

Step one is to search around your property, any side doors, back doors, etc. FedEx is notorious for leaving packages in people's driveways, sheds, or neighbors' lawns. Check around and see if you can locate your package.
